Join Alice and Roger 'Batman' Cunliffe for a sunset walk around Brookside and a chance to see some bats! Borrow one of our bat detectors, and hear their calls as they navigate between trees using echolocation. This event is free to attend, but we will be accepting donations on the night. The Friends of Arden Hall & The Coppice are running monthly volunteer sessions to get the community involved at Peel Park & the Coppice LNR. On Sunday 19th October, (9:30am-11:30am,) the Friends group will be litter-picking and tidying paths, starting at the car park. Family-friendly and a great opportunity to explore the woodlands this autumn. There will be brews and refreshments afterwards.
