Tree Maintenance at Bullough Park

Join our Community TreeACTION Officer Helen for a practical session replacing tree tubes that have been damaged by recent storms at the new Bullough Community Woodland (Bullough Park, Accrington).
We will be meeting at the Southern entrance to the new woodland, at Woodview Drive (just off Miller Fold Avenue), Accrington. BB5 0FS. On-street parking is available.
- No experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm!
- Please wear suitable outdoor clothes and sturdy boots (wellies are advised) – the site is very windy so please wrap up well.
- Work gloves will be provided
- All ages welcome. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult

The TreeACTION Project is a direct result of Hyndburn Borough Council’s Climate Emergency Declaration in September 2019 and is seen as one of the key projects where local people can help to reduce emissions within the borough.
