PEDAL AWAY HYNDBURN –  Beginner/ Back in the Saddle rides every Monday.  For anyone needing to gain skills, learn gears, build confidence (& calf muscles!) and generally just wanting to have a fun ride.  Starting at 10am from the cycle hub on Eagle Street, Accrington (opposite Tesco).    We’ve got bikes, helmets, ride leaders and a big, warm welcome.  If you’re thinking of coming along; just do it.  Nick and Nancy will be there to help get you cycling.  Bikes and helmets available or you can bring your own.  Supported by The PROSPECTS Foundation and a grant from the  Windfall Fund.  £1 donation.  Please phone  Nancy on 07469148245
