Path repairs at Bullough Community Woodland
Wednesday, March 4 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Join our Community TreeACTION Officer Helen for a practical session at the new Bullough Community Woodland!
We will be attempting to fix the very muddy path at the new woodland, by moving woodchip from Woodview Drive down to the site with multiple wheelbarrows. This will be physically demanding work due to the weight of the barrows, but volunteers are encouraged to work at their own pace with regular breaks. Please wear wellies or good waterproof boots.
We will be meeting around the Woodview Drive entrance to the site, there is a small car park at the top of Miller Fold Avenue,Accrington, BB5 0NT (more on-street parking available once the car park is full). Google maps link HERE.
- Everyone welcome. Under 18s will need to be accompanied by an adult
- Please wear suitable outdoor clothes and sturdy boots
