We will be carrying out management across the heathland to improve the habitat for species like Heather, Bilberry, Crowberry, and more. This will mostly include removing bramble scrub and felling birch regen.

Join us for our new Hyndburn’s Nature Reserves project! There will be weekly conservation volunteers sessions at Peel Park and the Coppice Local Nature Reserve, every Monday from 10am – 1pm. Come along to learn new skills, meet people, keep fit and help wildlife!
