Hyndburn’s Woodlands – Warcocks Green

Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions.
This week we will be at Warcocks Green woodland to carry out some brashing work. We have recently had some tree fellers round to clear roadside overhanging trees that has been used to create a barrier to site. This looks quite unsightly so we will be making it look a bit tidier.
Please note: We will likely have some extra Prospects staff on-hand to carry out some chainsaw work on the bigger material. Ear defenders will be provided.
We will be meeting on Haslingden old Road, Oswaldtwistle, Accrington, BB5 3RG (Just before Sough Lane).
