Guided Walk and Coffee Morning at Brookside, Oswaldtwistle
Wednesday, August 14, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join our Brookside Restoration Coordinator Alice for a guided walk around the brand new Brookside Site, followed by teas, coffees, and cake at the Stanhill Methodist Church.
We will be taking a scenic stroll around the forests, meadows, and lodges around the site, enjoying the beautiful views and admiring the many species of trees and plants.
The route will take between 60 and 90 minutes and will keep mostly on paths, but some areas may be boggy or overgrown. Unfortunately, the route is not suitable for pushchairs or those who use mobility aids. The pace will be gentle and to suit all who wish to join.
The meeting point is the Kemp Delph entrance to Brookside, on Stanhill Road. Staff will be in orange hi-vis.
Limited parking is available but please consider taking public transport – the 6A and 7A bus stop right by the gate!
