Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. This week, we will be back at Whinney Hill woodland carrying out some pathway maintenance. Tasks include cutting back vegetation along the paths. Secondary tasks include removing fly-tipping that has been identified.

Tools, gloves and PPE will be provided. Please wear sturdy boots, long sleeves and full length trousers as we may be working around brambles and nettles. Waterproofs may be needed, depending on the weather.

We will be meeting at the end of Livingstone Road, BB5 5BS (Next to the Livingstone Road Allotments). Staff will be in orange hi-vis. There is parking available in the car park.
