Join our Community TreeACTION Officer Helen for a practical session involving tree maintenance tasks to help our newly planted trees along the White Path (the Old Railway Line in Great Harwood). We will be checking on all the trees, removing any vegetation such as grass, rushes and brambles that might outcompete the trees, and replacing any broken shelters and stakes.

We will be meeting at the end of Railway Terrace (where it meets St John’s Street), Great Harwood, BB6 7EH. Staff will be in orange hi-vis. On-street parking available.

No experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm!

• All ages welcome. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult
• Please wear suitable outdoor clothes and sturdy boots (wellies are advised)
