Collecting Hazel Poles for weaving at Peel Park & the Coppice

Join our Community TreeACTION Officer Helen for a practical session at Peel Park & the Coppice, where we will be coppicing small poles of Hazel to make hazel hurdles at Bullough Community Woodland later in Spring.
We will be meeting in the main car park off Peel Park Avenue (next to the bowling green), Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 6HL Google maps link HERE. (FYI Google maps might not take you all the way, please drive to the top of the zig zag track uphill and you will see the car park)
- Everyone welcome. Under 18s will need to be accompanied by an adult
- Please wear suitable outdoor clothes and sturdy boots
