Join Medical Herbalist, Danielle Kay, for an Autumn Foraging Walk followed by recipe demonstrations. Learn about the healing properties of local plants, shrubs and trees!

We will be meeting at Oak Hill park (next the playground) and taking a walk into Woodnook Vale. This will be around 1.5 miles at a leisurely pace, but on some uneven ground. We will then finish back at Oak Hill for the demonstrations and samples!

Under 18s welcome with an adult. This will be a slow-paced walk and cooking sessions so may not be suitable for more active children. No dogs please.
