The Alder Buckthorn hedgerow we planted for Brimstone butterflies is coming along nicely, but it needs a bit of a tidy as the vegetation around it has grown quite tall. We will be removing excess vegetation and replacing any lost tubes/canes.

Join us for our new Hyndburn’s Nature Reserves project! There will be weekly conservation volunteers sessions at Peel Park and the Coppice Local Nature Reserve, every Monday from 10am – 1pm. Come along to learn new skills, meet people, keep fit and help wildlife!
