Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions.
This week we will be at Whinney Hill woodland carrying out some general site maintenance work.
Tasks include
- Cutting back the path behind the Cricket Club
- Removing a few small Cotoneasters
- Small litter pick
- Checking on the hedgerow
- Checking for remaining Japanese Knotweed
We will be meeting at the Thorneyholme Road entrance to the site, BB5 5FW (Just before the Cricket Club). On-street parking.
