This week, we are running the Upper Hyndburn River Blitz in place of the regular Brookside volunteer session! Can you become a citizen scientist and help us sample the water quality from Lottice and Tinker Brook? Under the watchful eye of experts from the Ribble Rivers Trust, full training and all of the necessary kit will be provided.

All are welcome but under 18s must be supervised by an adult.

Please bring water and a packed lunch. Waterproofs, boots, and sturdy clothes are highly recommended.

Access can be uneven and boggy, so these sessions are not suitable for those with limited mobility. We suggest that participants should be comfortable walking for 15 minutes unaided.
