We will be removing birch regeneration and other scrub from a bog/mire habitat. The encroaching scrub is drying out the habitat which will be detrimental to the overall biodiversity of the site. Wellington boots are a must for this session!

Join us for our new Hyndburn’s Nature Reserves project! There will be weekly conservation volunteers sessions at Peel Park and the Coppice Local Nature Reserve, every Monday from 10am – 1pm. Come along to learn new skills, meet people, keep fit and help wildlife!
