Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. This week, we will be back at Whinney Hill woodland carrying out a fly-tipping removal session. A large amount of fly-tipping has accumulated near to the Thorneyholme Road entrance to the site. We will be utilising wheel barrows to remove much of this waste.

Tools, gloves and PPE will be provided. Please wear sturdy boots, long sleeves and full length trousers for brambles and nettles.

We will be meeting at the Thorneyholme Road entrance to the site, BB5 5FW. There is on-street parking available. Staff will be in orange hi-vis.
