Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. This week, we will be at Rushton House Farm carrying out some hedgerow Maintenance. Tasks include using hand tools to clear back vegetation from the hedgerow, freeing it up for Spring growth.

Tools, gloves and PPE will be provided. Please wear sturdy boots, long sleeves and full length trousers as we may be working around brambles and nettles. Waterproofs may be needed, depending on the weather.

We will be meeting along Broadfield, Oswaldtwistle, BB5 3SA (Just before the Chick Inn Farm Shop on Google maps) . Staff will be in orange hi-vis. There is on-street parking available.
