Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. This week, we will be at Abbott Clough woodland carrying out some maintenance work. Tasks include cutting back the hedgerow running along the main road and clearing back the vegetation at the entrance.

Tools, gloves and PPE will be provided. Please wear sturdy boots, long sleeves and full length trousers as we may be working around brambles and nettles. Waterproofs may be needed, depending on the weather.

We will be meeting on Abbott Clough Avenue, BB1 3LP (Just after Wynsors Shoes). Staff will be in orange hi-vis. There is on-street parking available.
