DESCRIPTION:Join Louise Kirkbride for a 2-day Introduction to Walling Course! \nLearn the basics for drystone walling in this two-day course at Hollins Wood (part of Woodnook Vale LNR). Drystone walls are not only functional and aesthetically beautiful\, but also provides unique refuge for native wildlife. They have been built by farmers for more than three millennia\, dating back to the Bronze age. That’s why it is so important to keep this traditional skill alive! \nIn order to complete the training you MUST attend both days. \nFor ages 16+ \nWe will be meeting by the school on Hollins Lane\, BB5 2LD. There is on street parking available.
