DESCRIPTION:Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. \nThis week we will be at the Tree Nursery assisting Prospects TreeACTION Officer with tasks that need doing. Tasks include: \n\nPutting membranes down on empty beds in preparation for Spring\nDe-weed and scraping the paths\nMoving woodchip and mulching tree beds in preparation for Spring\n\nWe have camping chairs on site. Please bring snacks and plenty of drinking water. \nWe will be meeting at the small car park at the top of Miller Fold Avenue\, Accrington\, BB5 0NT (more on-street parking available once the car park is full). Google maps link HERE. \nSite Accessibility – there is a short walk from the cars down a very uneven road. The allotment itself has bad access; the path down to the entrance is muddy. Wear good footwear and non-snag clothing.  \n\nEveryone welcome.
