DESCRIPTION:Join our Hyndburn’s Nature Reserves Project Officer Robert for a session at our Community Tree Nursery! We will be preparing beds for growing trees. \nWe will be meeting at the small car park at the top of Miller Fold Avenue\, Accrington\, BB5 0NT (more on-street parking available once the car park is full). Google maps link HERE. Meet at 10am. Robert will be at the Tree Nursery until 3pm\, if you would like to stay later than 1pm then bring lunch! \nPLEASE NOTE: Site Accessibility – there is a short walk from the cars down a very uneven road. The allotment itself has bad access; the path down to the entrance is steep and overgrown! Wear good footwear and non-snag clothing.  \n\nEveryone welcome. DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, the 8th of October\, we will be hosting a live screening of the British Tree Council’s ‘Tree Seed Collecting Master Class’ in the PROSPECTS Office. This virtual training course will teach us how to gather seeds from a variety of British trees\, ready to be grown in our brand-new tree nursery! \nThis event will take place indoors\, seated\,  and is free to attend. \nPlease note that there is a small step in the doorway to the PROSPECTS office\, and the office toilets are situated upstairs.
