DESCRIPTION:Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. This week\, we will be at Woodnook Vale LNR carrying out some pathway maintenance. Tasks include using spades and other hand tools to clear back encroaching vegetation. \nTools\, gloves and PPE will be provided. Please wear sturdy boots\, long sleeves and full length trousers as we may be working around brambles and nettles. Waterproofs may be needed\, depending on the weather. \nWe will be meeting on Mill Street\, BB5 2RT (Next to Baxenden Car Breakers on google maps) . Staff will be in orange hi-vis.
