SUMMARY:Community Tree Nursery -  Landscaping the Entrance with Alice
DESCRIPTION:Join our Brookside Development Office Alice for two sessions at the new Community Tree Nursery near Miller Fold. On Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th of October we will be landscaping the entrance to the site and carrying out general maintenance tasks. \nWe will meet at the bottom of Miller Fold Avenue (BBS ONY) at midday. Alice will be on site in high viz. \nIf you are driving\, please park at the top of the hill\, where the road is tarmac. There is no parking at the bottom of the hill and the road is unsurfaced. \nSturdy footwear and suitable work clothes are essential. \nTo confirm your attendance please contact Alice at alice.pooley@prospectsfoundation.org.uk \nPLEASE NOTE: Access to the nurseRy is steep and slippery.  A good level of physical fitness is required to attend this session and we can only accept volunteers ages 18 and over.

SUMMARY:Wreath Making with Alice
DESCRIPTION:Join our Brookside Development Office Alice for a creative craft evening in the Stanhill Methodist Church. We will be creating festive wreaths from natural materials foraged from Brookside\, perfect to decorate your home this Christmas! \nNo experience is necessary and all materials will be provided. \nThis event is free to attend\, with an optional collection taking place on the night in aid of the Wildflower Meadow restoration work at Brookside. Each £1 raised will buy enough seeds to sow 1m of wildflower habitat for pollinators. \nAll are welcome but under 18s must be supervised by an adult.
