DESCRIPTION:CONSERVATION VOLUNTEERS – The Conservation Group will be carrying out practical conservation activities on various sites in Hyndburn including  the eight Lancashire County Council woodlands in Hyndburn.  Wear warm\, old clothes and sensible\, strong shoes or boots. Bring a packed lunch and waterproof clothing. DESCRIPTION:The Baxenden Community Forum will be meeting to update\, identify and progress a number of projects around the village. \nThe group meets at 7.30pm in the Alma Inn on Manchester Road in Baxenden.  The meetings tend to last for just over an hour. \nThe group is currently working on projects including Woodnook Vale\, Hollins Woodland\, Jubilee Plantation and Haworth Rose Garden. \nThe Forum always welcomes new members.
