DESCRIPTION:CONSERVATION VOLUNTEERS – The Conservation Group will be carrying out practical conservation activities on various sites in Hyndburn including  the eight Lancashire County Council woodlands in Hyndburn.  Wear warm\, old clothes and sensible\, strong shoes or boots. Bring a packed lunch and waterproof clothing. DESCRIPTION:The Baxenden Community Forum will be meeting for a brief meeting and a social get together for Christmas. \nThe get together will start at 8.00pm in the Alma Inn on Manchester Road in Baxenden.  It will last for about an hour and is a chance for an informal update and to meet the members. \nThe group is currently working on projects including Woodnook Vale\, Hollins Woodland\, Jubilee Plantation and Haworth Rose Garden. \nThe Forum always welcomes new members.
