DESCRIPTION:As the days get shorter\, some people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D). Lack of sunlight can decrease mood\, lower energy levels and weaken the immune system. This is especially true for people who already suffer with health issues. Exercising and making sure to get some sunlight can help combat S.A.D!
