SUMMARY:Winter Bird Identification Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join The PROSPECTS Foundation and David Bickerton for a wintery walk through Whinney Hill woodland to identify the bird species which call our frosty woodlands home during the winter time! \nPlease wear sturdy boots\, long sleeves and full length trousers as we may be walking around brambles and nettles. Waterproofs may be needed\, depending on the weather. Please remember to bring warm items of clothing e.g.\, hats\, gloves\, extra thick socks\, spare fleeces/jackets. \nWe will be meeting at the end of Livingstone Road\, BB5 5BS (next to the Livingstone road allotments). Staff will be in orange high-vis. There is on-street parking available. \nBooking is not essential.
