SUMMARY:Tree Maintenance at Fern Gore
DESCRIPTION:Join our Community TreeACTION Officer Helen for a practical session involving various tree maintenance tasks\, to help our young trees next to Fern Gore Avenue that were planted through the TreeScapes initiative in 2022. We will be checking on all the trees\, removing any vegetation such as grass\, rushes and brambles that might outcompete the trees\, and fixing/replacing any wonky or broken stakes and shelters. \nWe will be meeting at Downham Dr\, Accrington\, BB5 0NR. On-street parking available. Staff will be in orange hi-vis. \nNo experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm! \n\nAll ages welcome.
