SUMMARY:Soil testing workshop at Pleck Meadow
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a soil testing workshop and learn how to test soil for pH\, potassium\, nitrogen and phosphorus levels.  We’ll be testing the soil in Pleck Meadow at Peel Park and the Coppice Local Nature Reserve. \nWe’ll dig up small samples from across the meadow and then test the samples using a soil testing kit.  The results will help us to decide what types of wildflowers to plant in the meadow. \nChildren welcome if accompanied by an adult.  To book a place email gemma.mcmullan@prospectsfoundation.org.uk\, telephone 01254 230348 or call into the Prospects office at 54 Broadway\, Accrington. \nSoil testing workshop at Pleck Meadow
