SUMMARY:Soil testing workshop at Oak Hill Park
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a soil testing workshop and learn how to test soil for pH\, potassium\, nitrogen and phosphorus levels.  We’ll be testing the soil from the old bowling green at Bullough Park\, Accrington. \nWe’ll dig up small samples from across the green and then test the samples using a soil testing kit.  The results will help us to decide which varieties of fruit trees we will plant next year. \nDUE TO THE WEATHER WE ARE NOW MEETING AT OAK HILL PARK – the session will take place in the tool store opposite the play area. \nChildren are welcome if accompanied by an adult.  To book a place email helen.earnshaw@prospectsfoundation.org.uk\, telephone 01254 230348 or call into the Prospects office at 54 Broadway\, Accrington. \nSoil testing workshop at Oak Hill Park
