DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday 18th August at Memorial Park\, Great Harwood\, for a family-friendly ‘Picnic in the Park’ fun day to celebrate all the amazing work carried out to improve the amenity\, historical\, and environmental value of the park! \nCome along\, set yourself up on the grass and enjoy an afternoon of music from Stacksteads Brass Band! There will be food vendors on site if you prefer hot food with your picnic! With freshly made pizzas\, pies and artisan cheeses\, ice cream\, and brews for sale. \nTake part in fun activities like a treasure hunt around the park\, a taster forest school activity with roasted marshmallows on the fire\, bug hunting and much more! \nHosted by the Friends of Memorial Park\, in partnership with The PROSPECTS Foundation. \nPicnic in the Park 2024
