DESCRIPTION:Join Hyndburn’s Woodlands Officer Brandon for weekly practical conservation sessions. \n\nThis week we will assisting with the meadow maintenance work that happens annually at Milnshaw Park. This is a lovely wildflower meadow that was first established by the Hyndburn’s Butterfly Project and provides incredible opportunities for pollinators. \nWe will be carrying out a scythe and rake to ensure it continues its benefits for wildlife. This is a big job\, any and all hands would be greatly appreciated! If you are a novice at scything then not to worry\, there’s plenty of experienced hands on deck to teach you. \nWe will be meeting at Milnshaw Park\, Lancaster Avenue\, Accrington\, BB5 4DB.
