Activities/Workshops @ PROSPECTS

6th, 13th & 20th November (Tuesday) = CRAFTS AND WILDLIFE - Crafts at PROSPECTS - drop in sessions - We  will be creating items for the Winter Wonderland Christmas window display.  Sessions are held at 54, Broadway, Accrington.  
13th November (Tuesday) = Gardening Workshop at All Saints’ Church, Clayton-le-Moors with The PROSPECTS Foundation from 11:00am to 1:00pm.  Feeding, Weeding and Tidying Flower Beds to the front of the Church.  Julie will be on hand to offer advice and help.   Free soup and bread roll for lunch with hot/cold drinks at 12:30pm. Poster HERE with contact details etc.
14th November (Wednesday) = Hyndburn Cycle Forum.  For times and a copy of the Agenda please contact Barbara Sharples.
17th November (Saturday) = Toad Abodes in Wood 

Make a home for a toad with Barry, Wood Creations.  Session 1 - You will learn basic woodworking skills, decorate the Toad Abode exterior and learn about its value for toads in your backyard or garden.  There will be a second session on Saturday 1st December for people to complete their toad abode.   This activity is part of the People’s Postcode Lottery funded Improving Hyndburn’s Wildlife project.  These are the last of the Improving Hyndburn’s Wildlife woodwork workshops. 24th November (Saturday)
 = Woodland Day with Woody - To celebrate Tree Charter Day and National Tree week Woody will be hosting a special Woody Day.

27th November (Tuesday) = PRUNING APPLE TREES and MAKING WILLOW STARS at Accrington Womens' Centre from 1:30pm - 3:00pm, Please contact Julie at Prospects for more information.  Poster HERE with contact details etc.

PROSPECTS holds regular VOLUNTEER activities at a number of sites around Hyndburn.  Please click on the sites below to find an activity near you.   Click on the What's On above for dates and times.
